We booked two rooms, and there were hairs on the towels in each room. I really don't know what to say. 很棒的一次旅遊住宿，地理位置位於環城南路，比較幽靜，前台小姐姐態度友好，門禁系統比較嚴謹，沒有卡片是上不了樓層的，早餐豐盛，出乎我們的意料之外，對面的金帝銀泰城晚上很是熱鬧，淋浴🚿水很大，住了一晚後，決定再住一晚上。好評！

酒店的隔音真的很差，大早上5、6點就有大爺在外面喊嗓子，簡直了，有窗房結果一大面牆，就上面一小排窗，中間還被一堵牆頂着，這設計也是絕了，離景區還是方便的，前台的服務生也還熱情，黃金週的房價真的配比不了房間，連個早餐都沒有。

位置很好，出門後過馬路對面就是一個商圈，吃飯購物比較方便。距離各個景點也不是很遠，基本都是 10 多塊錢就到了。我和家人住的是靠後院的房間，晚上很安靜，剛進屋的時候會有一點潮濕發黴的味道，不過開窗户通風一會就好了。房間整體很好，也很乾凈。前台小姐姐也很好，因為有東西需要冷凍，表達後也很熱情的幫忙處理。主要是房間裏的小冷藏箱很給力呀，製冷聲音幾乎聽不到，天氣熱買回來的水果，果汁都有地方冰了。窗簾也很遮光，需要刷卡上樓，有小機器人幫忙送點的外賣。哎呀，忘記給小機器人拍照了。如果下次再去，還會選擇這家。

酒店是個新酒店，所以一切都是新的，衞生收的也好。酒店位置不錯，旁邊是護城河，早上一打開窗簾就可以看到好的風景。酒店馬路對面是銀泰城，有一排吃的店鋪，糕點店，火鍋店啥的，還有紹興尋寶記，還有大商場可以逛。步行可以到倉橋直街溜達，而且是到倉橋直街的另一個口 就是百姓人家的口 沒有商業化，可以看到老百姓人家的房子，然後一直走就可以到倉橋直街的步行街段，相比我更喜歡百姓人家的最開始部分，沒有一點點商業化，這個是從酒店走過去衹有900米。然後其他點打車就可以了，打車很方便。 整體都很好，就是有一點，酒店是禁煙的，但是也有其他住客抽煙，房間的排風是通着的，隔壁房間的煙味會進到房間裏，我是刺激性氣味過敏，煙味會使我過敏，和前台説了，前台表示可以換房，這點還是可以的，我們沒換，一直開着排風，但是還是希望酒店改善一下這個情況，其他都很好 ，每天出去玩兒的時候還會問下需不需要水帶着。還有，28元一份的早餐真的不錯。整體5分，不錯 喜歡紹興這個城市，以後還會再來
