經常住江浙滬酒店，也不想評價，都是默認好評。這次五一來紹興，入住了這個新開的雷迪森，之前在無錫也住過雷迪森 盲選應該不出錯， 辦入住還覺得不錯呢，大堂也很亮堂，很新。結果進去房間裏面，我就覺得不行了，連前一天晚上住的烏鎮民宿都不如。房間設施很簡陋，有點空殼子 衹做表面的工夫的感覺，480的一間房間竟然電話也沒有，冰箱也沒有 基礎設施都沒完善。以及那我無力吐槽的毛坯水泥牆 聞所未聞 🙈長見識了真是！

酒店環境好，小鬱服務好，房間大寬敞，離景區也很近，交通方便。門口就有很多共享電車，自駕的朋友們把車停在酒店，門口騎共享電車到景點很方便。房間隔音很好。
有遺忘物品也幫忙及時郵寄了。很棒的服務

房間總體的情況還行，就是碰到突然暴熱的天氣這家酒店居然沒有空調，詢問服務員説是空調在測試，也沒有任何解決的辦法和任何道歉的話，但是餐廳和大堂都是有空調的，我就理解不了房間為什麼會沒有？對於這點我是非常不滿意。

酒店房間很大很乾凈，躺着也很舒服。前台小鄭的服務也很好，推薦！
設施：酒店設施比較新，2024年開業的，都比較新～
衞生：衞生還不錯，沒啥問題～
環境：環境也不錯，就是早上外面太吵了，施工好像～
服務：服務不錯，工作人員都是都比較熱情～

清明假期親子出遊，自駕，去了蘭亭景區，魯迅故居，柯巖風景區，酒店離幾個景區都不遠，出行方便。
