酒店雖然離魯迅紀念館3-4公里，但是周邊的環境一般，且該酒店裝修陳舊，浴巾衞生堪憂，陳舊發黑，很難想象紹興周邊江蘇省南通市是中國生產酒店布草的基地，負責人是為了砸華住會的品牌嗎，真是難以置信，尤其是自稱前台負責人的女主管，根本就沒有做到酒店以人為本的理念，讓人無語。另外不知道為什麼這個天氣，房間裏會有蚊子，大半夜起來打蚊子，我這幾年都外出旅行，在攜程上訂的華住酒店集團的全季酒店，漢庭酒店，桔子酒店，各方面都很好，唯有紹興該酒店，讓我們失望。

在醫院陪夜本來一晚上沒睡多久想去旁邊酒店睡一下，明確跟前台講了可能會休息超時，在前台把我房間換到了正對醫院那一間救護車十幾分鍾一次想好好休息都沒有辦法。真的怪噁心的。
