I don’t really want to give such a bad review. Let’s honestly talk about my feelings. The cleanliness of the bedding is acceptable, but the most intolerable issues are as follows:
1. Room 526 is like walking into a KTV private room! The house smells of tobacco and alcohol residue! ! ! There were cigarette butts on the ground at the door (see video). I booked a non-smoking room, but apparently the manager of the hotel's guest room department didn't check the room after it was cleaned? Or do you have a bad nose and can't smell it? ? ?
2. The walls of the room are moldy and black.
3. The air conditioner is so dirty that there are lumps of dust visible to the naked eye! ! It's so disgusting that I can't even open it, and I have to leave the window open to let out the smell of smoke and alcohol!
The lobby on the first floor is clean, the environment is ok, and the guy and girl at the front desk have a great attitude! The room was so disappointing
