服務效率非常差。東西丟在那裡了。打掃衞生的居然沒跟前台説。説打掃衞生的下班了。然後也沒話了。真是無語透頂。

衞生比較乾淨，房間配套設施比較陳舊，房間氣味很大，沒有熱水。這是最差的一次體驗。價格也不低。裝修時間太長了。

圖一是網上訂房顯示的照片，圖二是實際用房照片
差別太大了！另外剛進入房間開空調後異響很嚴重，後來找來前台再次打開有沒有出現異響，在要求換房的要求下前台居然拒絕了，非常不滿意，結果睡到半夜被空調異響吵醒，關了再開也沒用了，後來發現是空調排水口做成了類似下水道模式，管子中間有積水，有風倒灌進來產生的響聲。平生住過最差的酒店！沒有之一！比旅館大西北的招待所還要差！嚴重影響睡眠！

房間內佈置很好，安裝簡單，不佔地方，可以摺疊，很方便，很好的購物體驗。酒店環境不錯，服務態度很好，主要是方便真心感謝。
