意想不到的驚喜！和腳不方便的姐姐到紹興玩，選了這個在東湖的酒店，酒店特別替我們安排一樓房間方便進出。在酒店買了東湖門票及遊船票，有VIP通道直接進入景區，並且不用排隊乘船，實在太方便了！感謝酒店的安排及照顧！還有船伕哥哥的細心照料

首先我不知道這家店的4.8評分是怎麼來的，我衹能説對我來説非常失望。房間，彷彿住在日本酒店，小小的，沒有沙發沒有多餘放行李的置物架，肯定不算度假酒店。衞生間的水龍頭鬆動，熱水忽冷忽熱。空調我晚上開30度了，睡覺卻還要穿一件羽絨馬甲，房間熱不起來。隔音也不好，走廊清清楚楚的聲音，樓下又是院子。最吐槽的就是餐廳，就是一個外包給當地人的帳篷搭的地方，早餐一種飲料，兩種麪包，一種粥，四五種小食。整體就是四五百元的客棧，卻花了近一千元。如果是個農家樂，那麼可以算中上，如果是個旅店，那麼就是普通，如果要算度假酒店，那就是差。唯一值得説好的也許就是服務員態度了，很友好，玩景點也可以優惠。總結就是要度假別來，要玩景點可以來。對於評分我直接質疑。

臨近春節，想帶家人外出過年。由於有兩位長者同行，思來想去，就選擇了毗鄰上海的紹興，可以少些路途奔波的辛苦。在挑選酒店時犯了難，因為還要帶上小狗。挑來挑去，在東湖遇見了你——福臨院子。院子就在東湖之濱，推門而出，便是秀麗的湖光山色，身居陽台也能一覽無餘。本次居住有三點印象頗為深刻：一是舒適的環境，舒適的床，得來舒適的睡眠。二是細緻入微的服務，三天裏時時打攪，但凡有求，必第一時間迴應，得來如家一般的温馨。三是臨走時粗枝大葉，把平板電腦遺忘在陽台裏，已經駛出紹興也不曾想起。酒店的小姐姐又是微信提示，又是快遞寄送，讓人倍感周到貼心。至於其它的小遺憾，已不足為談。和小姐姐約定，下次再去紹興，福臨院子便是不二之選。深謝院子裏辛苦付出的各位姐姐阿姨叔叔嬸嬸，遠在上海的我們會一直記得你們的好，你們的情，你們的模樣，包括一衹名叫嚕嚕的小狗狗也會記得。

在景區，出遊比較臨時就選了這家，三小時開車過來，下午玩會就可以在酒店休息，前台很熱情，有寵物小朋友很喜歡，就家長而言隔音不怎麼好，衞生間沒空調不是很到位，冬天洗澡出來有點冷，放熱水要放好一會才會有，到店有下午茶和水果，小朋友送了早餐，要求品質的…。

酒店就在東湖北門，去景點很方便。
衞生狀況還不錯，感覺上挺乾淨的。
1.5米床適合親子家庭。
早餐簡單管飽，醬瓜超級好吃。
前台有寄存服務。
大堂養了1隻貓和3隻兔子，前台送了一小籃子青菜和蘿蔔可以喂兔子。
送的下午茶和茴香豆都挺好吃的。
唯獨覺得某些住客素質有待提高，這家雖然寵物可以入住酒店，也不用一大早你家狗就在那裡叫喚不停吧？影響別人休息了。
