Xianheng Hotel

This year I returned to my hometown and stayed at Xianheng Hotel for 4 nights. The experience was much better than last year and I was very satisfied. I can truly feel that the hotel's service management, service awareness, service attitude, service details and service quality are being optimized and improved. We received a call from the hotel manager while we were still on the road, asking what time we could arrive at the hotel, what our requirements were for check-in, and informing us that we had been given a free room upgrade. I was a little flattered for a moment. I have enjoyed such advance service in hotels in Beijing, Shanghai, Guangzhou, Shenzhen, Hangzhou and Ningbo. This is the first time I have experienced such advance service in the several five-star hotels I have stayed in in Yuecheng District when I returned to my hometown in recent years. Last year, we only put one bottle of mineral water in the room we lived in every day, but this year we put four bottles, which opened up the space. From the front door reception to the concierge desk and lobby service desk, from corridor cleaning to room cleaning, all the waiters we met were polite and proactive in greeting us, which was very heartwarming. The breakfast and dinner buffet on the ground floor were excellent. The environment is elegant, the dishes are rich and the taste is very Shaoxing. Special dishes such as drunken dried fish, grilled meat with bamboo shoots, and dried vegetable meat can also be found for breakfast. The restaurant's waiters are well-trained, polite and diligent. The beautiful waitress from Kazakhstan speaks Chinese very well and provides great service! These days, classmates and family gatherings have all chosen the hotel’s buffet dinner. Nearly 40 guests attended the buffet over the two nights and were very satisfied with the environment, dishes, taste and service. We were also very happy to hear it. After I checked out this year, the hotel manager called me again to ask if I was satisfied with my stay and if there was anything that needed to be improved. The improvement in the hotel’s details has made the service quality have the momentum to learn from and catch up with first-tier cities. We are happy to see it happen! Like this hotel!
