房間設施齊全，乾淨衞生，是旅遊入住很好的選擇，旁邊是魯迅故里，周恩來故居…坐遊烏篷船，還有各種餐館美食！小吃街。[進入房間第一眼]

民宿位置超好，旁邊就是周恩來紀念館景區，前面是紹興大悦城，無論是去景區還是吃飯購物都很方便。民宿內設施一應具全，打造的很有文化氣息，還有廚房可以做飯。特別喜歡民宿的小院和三樓的大露台，坐在那裡吹吹晚風特別愜意！推薦給來紹興的朋友首選！

寶藏民宿，位置特別好，就在周恩來祖居景區內，很好找。之前有點擔心怕圖文不符，結果給了我們一個驚喜！泡澡浴缸，智能馬桶，怕我們冷房東還配了小米暖風機，特別喜歡她們家的大露台，坐在上面看看古城實在太愜意了！下次有機會還會再來！

獨門獨院獨幢小樓房，很有江南韻味，民宿位置很好，地處市中心和重要旅遊景點邊上，去哪裡都方便，步行幾分鐘就到，省去很多打車、等車時間，性價比很高，老闆很熱情，很滿意一次住宿，推薦來紹的朋友首選。

衞生：一次性拖鞋有多處明顯的污漬內部夾雜着長長的頭髮，卻明目張膽的貼着大大的標簽《已消毒》。
設施：
首先，這間房沒有浴缸；
其次，熱水器是家用的那種，自己要手動打開開關，（代理也沒提醒我們），早上起來洗頭髮一直不出熱水，看了一下熱水器才發現沒燒熱水，晚上的熱水已經用完了。要時刻關注熱水器上的温度才能有足夠的熱水洗澡！
最後，房子沒有25平，床尾是茶几，床的一側邊是靠窗的小書桌，另一側邊是馬桶，洗漱台，淋浴間，目測15平左右，非常緊湊。
位置：從地圖找位置是找不到的，看了代理人發的視頻，是一個小道進去，路邊沒有指示，晚上尋找 不方便。
