This time, my family and I took a short trip to fulfill our wish, and we specially chose the Radisson Blu Hotel in the scenic area! Before the trip, I received a call from the hotel informing me that the check-in time would be at the nearby Huanglong Cuili Hotel, and that breakfast would also be there. I was completely confused! When I got there, I heard that the two hotels were actually run by the same boss. Maybe during the off-season, there were not many guests in the hotel, and the waiters were almost nowhere to be seen. There were no telephones in the rooms, and no permanent staff at the front desk. If you had any questions, you had to make long-distance calls on your cell phone! The air conditioning in the room is not enough and I woke up in the middle of the night. The room is said to be more than 50 square meters, but it doesn't look big because the walls are all black bricks. There is no countertop in the room, which is very inconvenient to put things and do things! It was freezing cold and the shower water was small and cold. The room was not clean, the floor was sticky and there were stickers on the wall left by some previous guest. I was speechless! A very bad breakfast. I don't know which guests praised the hotel's breakfast as good online. They misled me into paying an extra 200 yuan for two days of breakfast. On the first day, I had a bowl of black rice porridge and nothing else. On the second day, the breakfast was changed to a set meal. It was a waste for three people to give up two and eat a few bites of one! Everything is pre-heated and tastes terrible!

Radisson Hotel, the room is spacious and bright. I booked a twin bed and was lucky enough to be upgraded to a terrace courtyard family room, which has many bear elements and a large terrace. I love it. There is a children's naughty castle opposite the room, and the children don't want to come out to play. There is also a Hanfu experience in the main building, which is very good.

The hotel is located in the Luzhen scenic area, with good air. Especially at night, after the visitors dispersed, it was quite quiet. The Radisson Yiman street view room we booked was upgraded to the Huanglong Cuili Lake view room, with a nice view. The hotel staff had a good service attitude, and the front desk Xiao Zhou, Xiao Zhang and the store manager thought about the guests and satisfied us.

Located in the core area of ​​the scenic area, the transportation is very convenient and there is a small playground for children! The lake view room has beautiful scenery and the breakfast is delicious
