整體佈局有温馨感，但是設施太破，衞生間淋浴頭也是壞的，洗手池水管漏水且地面也不排水，需求拿個拖把自己拖一下回復好的但一直沒拿來！

除了離柯橋古鎮真的很近，走兩分鐘就進古鎮
沒有其他更多優勢了
走道都是煙味，可以免費停車，有地下車庫
房間設施真的很老隔音很差與價位相符
前台有一籃子耳塞，任意取用，一定要拿

非常滿意本次入住體驗，處於繁華街道，交通方便，有自己的停車場，大廳很大，前台服務熱情，辦理入住速度快，房間規整設施齊全，床很舒適，早餐種類較多，非常適合商旅出差。

到紹興旅遊，在柯橋古鎮玩結束，就近找了個酒店，就在景區旁邊，沒想到踩了坑。
1、這個酒店床品不是一客一換：第一個房間的床鋪，是沒有打掃的，被子掀開來，有3根頭髮，長度不同，可能還不是同一個人的，很明顯是有人住過沒有換。換了對面房間，床鋪還是有頭髮，仔細看了一下床單褶皺，是沒睡過人的，頭髮應該是換床單的服務員的，算了就住吧，很晚了着急睡覺。
2、房間實在太多服務跟不上：酒店房間非常多，一上樓發現我這層樓房間號有70幾號，密密麻麻的房間。就一個前台，一個保安服務，根本服務不過來。準備洗澡，等前台送浴帽，雖然中間換了房間，但是一個浴帽33分鐘才送到是不是有點太久了。
3、洗澡間地面非常滑，根本站不住腳，沒有防滑墊，我冒着生命危險洗了澡，不知道攜程能否監督酒店整改，這真的太危險了。洗澡的時候擠沐浴露，空的，氣笑了。
4、我沒有説酒店其他的問題，因為237一晚的酒店，其他問題都可以包容。
