Amazing stay for our family. It was our best experience in China. Excellent customer service. They went the extra mile to make our stay unforgettable. Everything was perfect, from the transfer in electrical car, fruit in the room, wine tasting, boat ride, delicious breakfast, wine jar closing experience, etc.
The place itself is also magical. A perfect combination of tradition with modern amenities in the room.

每次出遊首選🉑住景區內的酒店，這樣就可以在景區營業時間以外、旅行團來返前後錯峯自由行簡直不要太愜意！
位置在鑒湖酒島，提早一個月訂房因為衹有6間相當稀有[偷笑]，窗外就是烏篷船碼頭（從柯巖景區正門進來要走很久才能到這裏然後經魯鎮返回，離我們近在咫尺:），房間在二層，屋子挑高顯得格外寬敞宜居，乾濕分離的衞浴設計和充足的水温供應，讓每天都下雨的出遊夜歸後能充分放鬆休整，大電視開通了會員權限還可以睡前追劇，相當大氣貼心！
一對一管家式服務真的不能不誇👍🏻，出行前就主動添加了微信發景區圖和定位，入住當天小哥開擺渡車到門口等還幫忙解決了與網約車的糾紛，安全感💯，入住期間更是為了照顧我家兩位長者，每天都是車接車送，很不好意思如此煩擾、心裏特別感謝！
做早餐的阿姨也是像家人一樣暖心，每天早餐都熱情招呼、主食粗糧湯麪水果搭配豐富擺滿一桌，在這裏住的三天感受到了滿滿的善意，如果再去還會首選這裏，希望越來越好！

小哥哥和小姐姐服務態度超級棒，民宿地理位子也超級好。
設施：還行吧，空調開起來稍微有點吵。
晚上還有黃酒品嚐，然後臨走前還會給你黃酒封壇體驗總之愉快的旅行

柯巖風景區套票（含畫舫船一次）:景區不大，畫舫船沒有烏篷船好玩

五一住在景區裏，錯峯拍到了鑒湖的古纖道，酒店對面的鑒湖生活節也很不錯，酒店早餐也很豐富，臨走時還給小朋友體驗了黃酒封壇，推薦

民宿在景區裏面。接待的小哥很熱情，很細心。
晚上下了一夜的雨，早上有鳥叫。耳朵一直在asmr。很悠閑很舒服，彷彿跟外面的世界暫別。
房間很簡潔舒適，窗外各處都是景。
走的時候還體驗了封壇，酒可以郵寄到家裡～

我們晚上8點左右到的，民宿的美女和帥哥開電瓶車到停車場接我們，並幫忙把行李送到房間。
我們預訂的房間是送景區雙人票和船票的，民宿位置在酒島碼頭，出民宿坐船到魯鎮大劇院碼頭，遊玩魯鎮後進柯巖景區，然後是鑒湖景區，走古纖道返回民宿，這條遊覽路線太棒了。
退房時小哥哥送了一罈黃酒，老公親自做的封存，回家放幾年後再喝吧。
