Vienna is also a chain hotel, so the facilities and services are really unexpected. I booked it more than half a month ago and requested a non-smoking room. As soon as I opened the door, there was an ashtray on the table. The room smelled heavily of cigarettes, especially at the bedside, and I couldn't fall asleep. We checked in at 2pm and asked for 2 bath towels and 2 pairs of slippers, but they were not delivered until 8pm. The window in the room could not be closed. I called the front desk 3 times but no one answered. The marble on the floor of the bathroom shower room is broken, and if you are not careful you can cut your feet, posing a great safety hazard. The carpet in the room was pitch black. The soundproofing is poor, and I can hear the conversation next door clearly. If you are traveling with your family, you must not stay in this hotel.
