房間很整潔舒暢，服務態度很好，距離柯橋古鎮200米左右很方便，停車很方便。

設施：一般般，滿足正常住宿需求，對住宿要求不大的話，可以住，問題不大，就是房間的門不用力的話是關不上的，需要特別大力才可以關上
環境：離柯橋景區蠻近的，走個七八分鐘就可以到，方便遊玩，但附近吃飯的點比較少，對吃飯有要求的可以慎重考慮一下
服務：我打差評的原因是在於我確定我在酒店裡遺落了一支剛開封的洗面奶，當時沒有發現，過了2-3天後才發現我丟了洗面奶，在我覆盤了各種可能的情況及當時的路線之後，非常確定洗面奶被我放在了浴室裏並未帶走，於是我及時聯繫酒店表明情況，處理此事，酒店方在工作交接後並未主動聯繫我事情進度，在我再一次電話問詢後後續才主動告知事情的處理進度，可惜酒店方均表示沒有見到的遺落的物品，並表示我可以報警或者向平台投訴，針對幾百塊錢的新開封的個人物品丟失確實是有點可惜，但酒店方表示我是否在紹興其他地方遺落了洗面奶，但請問，出去遊玩的遊客，誰會在白天遊玩的時候、在化了全粧的情況下掏出來洗面奶呢？針對此事件的結果和處理態度，稍稍是不滿意的，是否存在酒店方誰説謊的情況，目前已經離開了紹興，我們也無從知曉，就僅以此評價告訴各位出門遊玩的寶寶們，收好自己的物品，不然丟了你也找不到。洗面奶價值比房費高，真的有點心疼😭😭😭

當夜有雨，不及往周邊遊，眼看離古鎮大門比較，下次再探索。
