非常棒的酒店，酒店裡一步一景。設計非常用心，還有很多的太湖石、木雕、壽山石雕等藏品，前台Allen熱情接待講解，服務到位，有需求及時反饋。房間裏各方面細節都非常不錯，洗浴用品都是菲拉格慕，mini吧裏贈送的東西品質不錯。每天還有水果和點心飲品，是個不錯的度假酒店。早餐自助餐非常不錯，但是入住客人少的時候點餐品種就有點少了。餐飲方面希望加強，度假酒店的餐飲還是很重要的。值得推薦的一家酒店。

第一次定這裏 是給我父母定的 想讓他們出去旅行放鬆一下 管家Allen和客房部的服務超級超級貼心到位 520特地給二老也佈置了房間 每天還贈送不同的養生茶點 雨中游船下午茶也別有一番意境 餐廳的服務也特別周到 十小碗很有特色量也足 整個體驗下來感覺很好 二老很喜歡！

整個酒店佈置非常有特色，青松奇石，入住先坐船，一切都很有心意，管家Allen還有小陳，以及保潔牛阿姨服務都非常好，小童樂園還有泳池都非常乾淨，孩子玩的非常開心～總之值得打卡

很高興這次紹興訂到了這個酒店，從辦入住開始Betty和Allen就一直很貼心的給我們發定位，注意事項等。房間設施和公共區域也認真介紹。
基礎房間面積也很大，洗漱用品也很不錯，洗臉巾好評。夜間小點心和天氣預報這種小細節也很貼心，感覺有在認真的想把服務做好。推薦

到達後先體驗乘船入住，酒店公區不是很大，但綠化不錯，石雕文化豐富。備品和mini吧準備的很豐富，原來看到評論的洗漱包不贈送了，拖鞋棉麻的很舒服，還有小朋友尺寸。
管家Allen在入住前就電話和微信溝通，客房部玉秋阿姨對待小朋友也很親切。整體體驗良好。

酒店環境非常棒，綠水環繞，青草綠樹，十分幽靜。內部裝飾佈置非常幽雅，走廊盡頭姿態各異的盆栽，角落裡的擺設都提升的酒店總體感覺，意境十足。
感謝酒店給升了房，房間很大，很乾凈，洗浴用品都是菲拉格慕的，很顯檔次。退房時還送了有當地特色的伴手禮，十分貼心。
小建議：早餐種類不多，但味道都不錯，美中不足的是，個別點心因為領光了，所以沒嚐到。建議早餐備貨還是應該更充分些。
