They upgraded our room during check-in, which was a nice touch!
Right after checking in, they immediately gave us a welcome gift. Upon closer inspection, it was all snacks from Sam's Club. Whoever curated that selection deserves a raise!
The room itself was very new.
Since we were on the executive floor, we had breakfast on the 45th floor, which helped us avoid the huge crowds downstairs.
Checking out was also quick and easy; we just had to deal with the staff on the 45th floor.
Overall, I thought it was a great experience.

GGuest UserThe hotel is very large, with complete facilities and high floors, which provide a great view. Most of the surrounding attractions are within 15 minutes by car, and the location is good. The hotel breakfast room is large and has a full range of options. I like the shower very much, the water is very strong, which many hotels cannot do, recommended! There is also free supper delivered to the door every night, which is very considerate! I will come again next time!
