The most comfortable place to stay during a family vacation. Although I chose to stay in the county town for a break during the detour, the discomfort of detours was eliminated when I arrived at the hotel. It felt like home.

The air conditioner in the room didn't work on such a hot day. I told the front desk about changing rooms, but after waiting for 20 minutes, there was no response. I called again and the room change was successful.

這次入住鳳凰城酒店體驗真的超級棒，首先前台的小姐姐是真的超級熱情服務超級周到，不止有歡迎茶還贈送了兩份早餐給我，還免費給我升級了江景房，還告知我晚上有夜宵吃，入住手續辦完還温馨的提示了我一下旁邊的商場營業時間，性價也太高了吧，感覺挺暖心的，房間乾淨整潔，兩面落地窗，江景盡收眼底，衞生間浴室乾濕分離，這個設計太得我心了，居然還有機器人送物耶，縣城裡還是挺新奇的，早餐也挺豐富的，品種繁多，服務態度也非常的好，剛出電梯就能聽到歡迎光臨的聲音，然後就是指引，最後還幫我按電梯送我進電梯，總體來説就是非常非常的棒，感謝酒店團隊的用心，讓這次旅程充滿温馨回憶！也祝願鳳凰城酒店成為更多旅客温暖的家。

超暖心夜宵，直接封神！入住這家酒店簡直太驚喜了！本來以為晚上餓了衹能點外賣，沒想到酒店居然提供夜宵！種類超豐富，有暖胃的粥、噴香的熱湯麪，還有熱牛奶，每一樣都做得精緻又美味。晚夜回到酒店，吃上一口熱乎乎的夜宵，疲憊瞬間消散，幸福感直接拉滿！
服務也超貼心，工作人員會主動詢問用餐需求，還細心提醒小心燙口。這種細節滿分的服務，真的讓人感覺像在家一樣温暖！強烈推薦給所有夜貓子，住這裏完全不用擔心餓肚子，下次還來！

酒店裝修很新，房間比較大，乾淨、整潔，床睡着很舒服，衞生間和沐浴乾濕分離，這個非常方便，落地窗玻璃很大很明亮，看着很舒服，有停車場免費停車，樓下有商場吃吃喝喝逛街，非常方便。酒店還贈送了早餐，並升級了房間，值得推薦！
