比較老的一個賓館了，一樓的房間不行，特別是特價房，沒有窗户，有一股很大的黴味，樓上的房間還可以，特別是有電梯停車也方便。

價格與環境衞生相配，一樓很潮，枕芯被芯發黃，有黴點，沒有掛鎖，有種年代久遠的感覺。

過來出差開始準備定旁邊的酒店，可是在裝修，最後定在這家賓館，老闆是個帥大叔，很熱情，賓館共5層有電梯，雖然牆上有些年份感，但是貼身的被子和毛巾看起來就非常的乾淨，出熱水也很快，Wi-Fi速度也快，樓頂有曬衣服的地方，可以俯瞰邵陽縣，非常建議入住！
