第一次住這個酒店，聽周邊夜宵店老闆的推薦，抱着試一下的心態感受下，結果讓我很意外，前台小姐姐服務很熱情周到，房間大床品舒適，乾淨衞生，熱水量大，沐浴舒暢，還有免費的水贈送，很滿意哦，以後在邵陽住宿首選這裏！

服務特差，從未見過如此的服務，客人早上不能在酒店上作人員上班前退房。工作人員不願意客人用人民幣。要求客人退房時在門口等酒店工作人員上班。

環境一般，空調外觀都是爛的，樓下服務很差，有個***不知道哪冒出來的，佔著有個電梯卡，我抱了個嬰兒，説上去拿個東西馬上就下來，不依不饒，説嬰兒是未成年，不登記那個表就不得開電梯，拜託！我中午才上去帶小孩睡了覺沒見有人在呢！你這做樣子會不會過分了點？看我帶孩子好欺負是嗎？我看外面貼的警示也是説要你們發現有異常帶未成年開房的給報警啊！沒説要額外登記吧？或者你學學別人家酒店給未成年拍個照登記呢？還口口聲聲叫囂嬰兒沒有身份證給出生證明！**誰給你的權力？！開了這麼多次酒店就**今天遇見了這種鬼事！！有點權力給你厲害的！怎麼不上天？！
