每位酒店的工作人員都非常大的熱情，讓人感覺很舒服，喜歡酒店的建築風格，木質調讓人感覺很舒服，酒店裡的香味也很舒服，環境很好，很適合拍照，房間也很大，很安靜，運氣很好訂到最後一間特價房，本以為特價房是比較小的，沒想到前台小姐姐給我免費升級了，洗手間很大，裝修漂亮，床也很舒服很柔軟，躺上去都不想下來了，衞生比較乾淨，房間照明模式較多，早餐種類很多，前台接待辦理入住較快，退房時東西忘記在房間了，前台小妹在第一時間聯繫我，這點真的非常感謝，非常棒，這樣的酒店客人住着也放心，安心！

酒店的裝修非常精美，酒店的服務也非常周到，員工們總是微笑着問候我們，讓我們感到非常親切和温暖。前台小姐姐人特別好，下午入住還有水果和飲料，雪糕麪包，特別喜歡，早餐也不錯👍配料都能自己加，離高鐵站也很近，就在對面，過個馬路就到了特別方便

酒店樓層高，視野開闊，7樓還有健身房適合吃完飯去玩玩，雙床房正對一個小區，感覺良好。酒店前面和後面都有公共免費停車場，停車後乘電梯可直達客房。需要注意的是，酒店大門跟車輛出入口很近，。早餐菜品味道不錯都是自助的邵陽味道，晚上還有簡單的的夜宵，特別注重了粥等飯食的保温，這一點很值得肯定。我沒有訂早餐了前台小姐姐還送了2張早餐卷很熱情，從前台到客房、從管理人員到餐廳大姐，各個崗位人員均禮貌周到，待人熱情。走的時候還送了小禮品，下次還會選擇住在這裏很舒心。

莫林這家酒店真是讓人非常驚喜！從進門的那一刻起，我就感受到了温馨舒適的氛圍。房間乾淨整潔，床鋪柔軟舒適，浴室設施齊全。早餐種類豐富，美味可口。明天都送水果或者冰棍。地理位置優越，就在高鐵站對面，交通方便，一下車過個馬路就到酒店了。員工熱情友好，服務周到。這是一次非常愉快的住宿體驗，強烈推薦！
