Perfect location. It was a 5-min walk from the bus station and less than 10 min from Roadside rest area. Room was spacious and it faced to the sea. Enjoyed the beautiful sunset from the balcony . Delicious breakfast and dinner. Food of western and Japanese style was provided. Dining area was big.
Unfortunately, the staff didn't speak English. Need to spend sometime to communicate and they tried their best to give help anyway. Better to use the Google translate in this case. Check-in time was 15;00. There is no receptionist before that. For guests arrived before 15:00 can leave luggage in the hotel but guests had to bear the responsibility.

Very little interaction with the front desk as usually no one is around. The breakfast is good especially the hotpot

Hotel staff is very polite and friendly. Breakfast and dinner included in booking was nice. Even it is a pre prepare set dinner and breakfast but it was plentiful. We have a great time spent in this hotel.
There are attraction nearby hotel within walking distance.

The main thing is that I booked a tour and could pick up and drop off at this hotel. Other than the sea view room, there is nothing special. The hotel breakfast is still more Japanese style. If you don't have a reservation for dinner, it is not available on the spur of the moment.
After the tour boat is open, it is quite convenient to go to the pier.
In general, there are not many choices in the off-season

The hotel is not far from the bus station and the gathering place for the drift ice walking project. There are few restaurants around, but there are three supermarkets, which is quite convenient. The beef for breakfast is delicious.
