it was a very disappointing experience. The room was not clean, the housekeeping standards were poor, and the overall service was terrible. The room was not properly maintained, and the hotel did not meet even basic cleanliness expectations. On top of that, the staff was not cooperative at all and was dishonest, making the entire experience even more frustrating. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a comfortable, clean, and trustworthy place to stay.

Example/ Tv not working , insects are in the room room , bed to much old and staffs didn’t changing the moth based mattress side , etc

This is the most horrible hotel I've ever stayed at. I booked for two nights. The first day, they gave me a room that had just been painted, and the walls were still wet. I couldn't sleep because of the paint smell, and the AC was incredibly loud. I went down to complain about the room, but the front desk guy didn't care. The next morning, I had a terrible headache and felt sick because of it. The bed smelled awful; they clearly don't change the sheets. I had to request a change. On the second day, they moved me to another room, and I found cockroaches in the bathroom... Thank goodness I didn't book a longer stay at this awful hotel!

Great location with plenty of good food options nearby. The room was brightly lit and came with a fridge and wardrobe. The bedding was very clean. It was easy to find a taxi from the bus terminal late at night to get here.

hotel photo is not matching with reality, Cockroaches are every where, i refused to make checkin after they offer 8 different rooms, and they refused to refund the money or answer Trip support team.
