Novotel Sharjah Expo Center

The hotel is very convenient for the Jewellery Show, only 5 minutes away. There are no shopping areas nearby; you have to take a 10 to 15-minute ride to get to any shops. The water pressure on the 3rd floor bathroom was a bit weak. The room doesn't come with a toothbrush or toothpaste, but it has a hairdryer and slippers. Bottled water costs 50 AED.

Very friendly and polite staff. Excellent location. Good cleaning and cozy rooms. Neat and clean pool. We liked everything.

The front desk staff were incredibly warm and friendly. Every day I needed toiletries and room service, and they handled everything perfectly. They even folded my clothes after tidying my room and recommended local restaurants. On my check-out day, they kindly arranged a complimentary taxi to the airport. The amenities were excellent, with a safe, microwave, and iron all provided, plus there's a swimming pool. The location is superb, very close to the convention center. The hotel breakfast was also fantastic; the staff were very welcoming and friendly. Besides the buffet options, they also offered complimentary fried eggs. It was a very satisfying stay overall. The only very minor flaw was that the carpet was a bit dirty.

Honestly, there's an Egyptian staff member who was incredibly helpful and went above and beyond for us. The services were also great. The rooms are very spacious, but the air conditioning is a drawback, and the mattresses are uncomfortable.

I really didn't like this place; it was awful. The room was unclean, from the bedding to the air conditioning. The AC units were noisy, there were many stains on the floor, and I even found worms in the bathroom 🤢. I had to change rooms multiple times (honestly, it was so disappointing). I tried to check out early.

Fantastic hotel in an excellent location with friendly staff. We were pleasantly surprised when they noticed our child's birthday and sent a lovely birthday cake to our room. Many thanks to them!
