Ibis Styles Sharjah

I got a superior room and the receptionist was very polite and humble and everything was done on time. I wish I could stay for another day but next time I’ll definitely come for 2 nights atleast.  The room is small but very spacious . I felt super comfortable and everything was available for me.  Thank you ibis for having me there.

Bad experience with checking in after sharing booking number on phone which took time & was showing concern for privacy on it but Mr. Rude shocked me with bad behavior saying I will not take the phone i was wondering why it took time even though name booking enough instead of asure concerns Mr. Rude instantly showing disrespect to customer & asked for other assist however Mr. Rude was definitely keeping acting with no manners I WAS EXTREMELY TIRED from international travel other wise definitely I will cancel booking thanks to him was first experience in such hotel name and definitely the last.

Location is good, not the cleanest hotel, some stains on curtain and bed frame also clean white towels had stains on them… I asked for our room not to be cleaned during our stay as I clean myself but only needed fresh towels and water it took 1 hours to get towels and water and several calls to reception and house keeping. Service could be better and no amenities at all no pool no play room for kids.. there are better hotels for same or less with pool etc

I visited the hotel business purposes. They are giving the water in glass bottles and asking the bottles when they are finished. The rooms were Ok, their breakfast place is big enough, their breakfast variety was not enough to serve most of country citizens. As I am Turkish, they have weird main meals instead of general breakfast varieties
