the service is very good and very helpful. they have restaurant too and its not that expensive, also the food is delicious. we stayed 2 nights and they offered a cleaning service at the second day. the location is near by the road so its a little bit noisy, but it was near by the hypermarket too. overall, it was a very recommended hotel. thanks

Customer service standard was excellent. Receptionist who checked me in was very courteous, helpful and professional. Breakfast buffet was great. Staff at breakfast area was courteous and helpful. Room cleanliness was excellent.

There are approximately 30 car parking available but more than 200 rooms the hotel has. So, if car parking is must for you, please take into consideration car parking limit. The room sizes are Ok, old hotel. The breakfast varieties are limited and mostly Indian cuisine and general breakfast
