Very dirty bed linen. As if bedbugs live in the bed. Blanket without a sheet. Bitten by mosquitoes. Very loud staff, shouting, squealing at night. Sockets are loose.

The hotel is suitable only if you come to spend the night, to get to 4* the staff and management need to try very hard

Their breakfast was terrible. The staff was extremely sullen. They caused us problems even though our breakfast was in our package. We had to force them to buy breakfast. I do not recommend it.

It is very big inside, with about 15 buildings, each with two to three floors, two outdoor swimming pools, and many cats in the garden. Many service staff are cleaning and irrigating the garden non-stop. The service staff are responsive to all requests and are very nice, from the hotel to It takes 15 minutes to walk to the public beach. There is a bustling commercial street that is very lively at night. You can swim on the beach for 25 Egyptian pounds.

1. All inclusive? Where is it interesting!!! Alcohol costs money, there is almost never anything free at the bar!!! There is no free beer or wine at all! Tea at 8 pm and even then they said you have to pay!!! 2. The food is monotonous, pasta, rice, fish and sometimes beef. There are practically no sweets! Salads - cucumbers and tomatoes. THERE IS NO FRUIT AT ALL!!!! 3. The rooms are terrible!!! The water has sharp temperature changes, it is impossible to wash normally!!! The rooms are smoke-filled, smells of mold! The air conditioner, when turned on at 28 degrees, blows icy air! The room is freezing cold! Everyone we met got sick, caught a cold, including me! There is a GARBAGE DUMP around the hotel!!! 4. Flies and mosquitoes!!! It is impossible to be on the territory, right now I am sitting here brushing about 10 flies off my feet and trying to write a review. 5. There is practically no Internet. There is Wi-Fi in the lobby, but it does not load!!! 6. The guide does not solve any problems, said that everything is through the hotline, since the moment of arrival I have been trying to knock out a resettlement. Yesterday I called again, they are in shock, the application is closed, the hotel manager said that all the problems are solved, he personally came to me! Now I am in shock, NO ONE came to me and the problems are not solved!!! When I began to ask to be relocated and before I gave the name of the hotel, the manager at the reception just cut off the phone, said that it was broken!!!!! 7. I will say right away, there is no pool with warm water! The sea is several times warmer than the water in the pool, you can't even put your feet in! 8. The restaurant is a mess, there is no juice, coffee, tea and water, milk diluted with water, or rather, I would probably say the opposite, water slightly diluted with milk. 9. There is no animation at all. 10. Beach... the beach is not our own, it is clear that everything is paid, but it is not bad, there are enough places now, but in season, I doubt that there will be enough for everyone. On foot (I timed it), about 25 minutes. There is a bus, there are 13 seats and FOR NOW it is enough for us, few people stay here or do not come here at all. Bottom line: The hotel is worth a WEAK two.

Отдыхала с 9 по 22 декабря 2021г Выбрала самый бюджетный вариант. Думала будет хуже) Вполне нормальный отель для Египта. Еды хватало. Рис, макароны, картошка есть всегда на обед и ужин. Курица, говядина, печень, рыба. На завтрак яйца жарят, иногда блинчики. Каша рисовая очень сладкая. Чай в пакетиках, кофе растворимый , стаканы пластиковые. Пляж в 17 мин от отеля, песок, заход в море хороший, очень много рыб. Рифов нет. По достопримечательностям ездили на маршрутке. Парк Сохо, Старый город. Рядом с отелем есть музей Тутанхомона. В номерах не убираются. Надо ходить и просить. Я сама убралась, и не пустила больше никого. Полотенца для пляжа дают. Территория большая, красивая, много цветов. 2 бассейна в разных концах территории. Корпуса 2 этажные, номера большие. В последние несколько дней было прохладно. Кондиционер на тепло не работал. Персонал вежливый, стараются. Приводят в порядок территорию. Отдыхают в отеле русские и египтяне. Вечером в отеле делать особо нечего. Но мы ходили по окрестностям, гуляли. За те деньги что я заплатила, я бы ещё поехала в отель!
