Me and my family is being here right now for the second time. At this hotel, the staff live by the motto: 'This is your home'—and I must say, you truly feel it here! Beautiful hotel,location is stunning the staff are all amazing. Felt very comfortable and safe as a solo traveller. Enjoyed the beach location and central for visits to other locations and enjoyed water sport activities. Will be returning soon

Good hotel, large area, good and healthy kitchen. Good service and nice staff. Cleaning everyday in room. Good alcohol is extra charge. All staff speak English and Russian. A lot of people stay from Russia and Italy. In room is not warm, no any heating.

Landed around 8pm so got to the hotel for about 9 we was told to leave passports and go to the dinner hall as food was closing soon. When we went back mostafa had taken care of everything for me and gave me a nice room in the 6 block. Food was really good loads of options Bbq food available can use 2 of the other restaurants if your all inclusive for lunch. Pool was good the layout of the place is easy to follow Room was nice big spacious as we was travelling with a 20 month child so it helped as he had loads of room to run around Staff alwasy attentive when i needed something and i felt like they wanted to help. Mohamed at the main bar and at the pool bar are nice people The sky bar also the staff there are nice where they have entertainment everynight Will i return yes im not sure if you would offer me anything extra as a returning customer Keep up the good standards Grand rotana

Super accommodation with great food and views. Hotel was clean and staff were great. Worked hard every day. One minor issue was access to the sea only via jetties due to rock and coral. Snorkelling was great though. Useful addition to room was a uk electric socket.
