This is not a five star hotel , they don't have access to the beach so they take you on a long trip to another area to swim or snorkel in crowded buses , a nightmare if you miss it as it will cost you a lot to come back, the food is low quality buffet in a crowded environment, the place caters for Russians and ignore everyone else .

Very bad experience, not recommend it!
First with just arriving to the hotel after a long flight, the reception told me that there is no booking under my name and asked me to check with Trip.com instead of them checking with their supplier “ ridiculous “.
