Unfortunately, the experience did not meet expectations. The air conditioning was broken throughout the stay, and despite complaining several times, nothing was done to fix it.
On the plus side, I got an early check-in – that was a nice surprise.
I ordered a breakfast package, but it was not edible at all.
I also got a slightly unpleasant impression of the kitchen staff at the buffet. When I asked for food, they gave me very little, and when I asked for more, I got an attitude and sloppy service. I felt like I was not welcome or that I was somehow a bother.
The food was just edible anyway – not great, but if you are not picky, then maybe it will be okay.
The service was basic overall, not particularly good but not bad either.
Check-out was the weakest part of the experience. I had to wait a long time to check if I had brought anything. One small towel was missing – which I had not even received – and that resulted in additional adjustments and waiting.
Finally, the staff said that everything was fine and I could leave.
