We just back from great 12 days holiday staying at coral sea resort. All staffs are nice and helpful also very hard working! Restaurant n Bar staffs are friendly. Always say hi and remember our drinks, without asking they brought what we usually drink. Restaurant has various food to choose from so catering for everyone. Room cleaning Everyday our room was spotless. Thanks to Ibrahim room cleaner. For the people from UK most British are suffering of mosquitoes bites somehow. You need to get mosquitoes spray called *OFF * It’s orange bottle. We bought 2for £7 from Pharmacy opposite of hotel but you need to barter ;p or pharmacy opposite of Hard Rock Cafe called elezaby (boots in Egypt) Recommend from tui staff Definitely go back again

We’ve just returned from an incredible stay, and while the resort itself is beautiful, it’s truly the staff who made our holiday so special. I want to highlight a few people who went above and beyond to make our time unforgettable. ⸻ Animation Team – Full of Energy and Heart A huge thank you to Adham and Hamada from the animation team. Their energy, friendliness, and genuine passion for their work made every day enjoyable for both kids and adults. From sports activities to the mini disco, they always created a fun and welcoming atmosphere. They truly are a credit to the resort. ⸻ Bar Staff – Exceptional Service All Day and Night The bar team was outstanding, and we’d like to give a special mention to: Mohammad (responsible for the terrace bar), Abd El Rehiem, Romany, Shady, and Ahmed. Every drink was served with a smile, and they always remembered our favourites. Their warm, friendly service made such a positive difference throughout our stay. ⸻ Housekeeping – Spotless Rooms & Wonderful Care A big thank you to Ramadan from housekeeping. Our room was always spotless, fresh, and perfectly arranged. His attention to detail and daily effort made our stay even more comfortable. ⸻ Hotel Artists – Truly Talented Craftsmanship We were also amazed by the incredible talent of Mohammad, Abdul, and their cousin Abdelsalam, who work at the hotel’s painting setup. Their custom artwork is beautiful, and watching them create such intricate pieces was a real highlight. Their creativity adds something genuinely special to the resort. ⸻ Final Thoughts Our holiday was memorable in every way, but the warmth, professionalism, and friendliness of the staff made it exceptional. Thank you to everyone mentioned — you truly made our stay unforgettable, and we can’t wait to return!

We have loved our stay at this hotel. Coming as a family of 4 with an 8 year old and 1 year old there is plenty to do for everyone! Our room has been cleaned everyday. Food wise there has always been something even with our 8 year old being such a fussy eater, I have never known him eat so much and try so many different things! Everyone is so friendly and cannot do enough to help. Ahmed the bar man at the smaller pool bar has been amazing! So much so my little boy is gutted he’s not here for our full stay! He gives him 100/10. We will definitely be back!

Hubby to be and me had the best holiday ever in Holiday Village Red Sea, Sharm El Sheikh. Staff are so lovely and helpful. This you man wow 10/10+ for his service poolside. Top Man Hany. Love him.
