Another amazing experience at this hotel which is why we return again and again! Special thanks to Ellie and the girls in the kids club who take amazing care of my son who has Special needs. Another shout out to Mahmoud, a fantastic new addition to the hotel, he offers free personal training sessions in the gym or is there just to guide you around the equipment, he was really friendly, knowledgeable and when there for two weeks all inclusive I needed the motivation he offered! This was our second visit to this hotel this year and it was only for 1 week this time. I can truly say we had a fantastic time. We arrived about 10.30 in the evening and were checked in swiftly and we were given our preferred room. We were truly ecstatic at this. All the staff at this hotel really are happy friendly and always smiling this gives off a good aura , this goes for staff in all areas.. IVO Beach As last time we visited IVO and knew what to expect. I am not going to say it wasn’t good, last time it was 100% this time 98% we felt that the service was much better last time they were more attentive and we did think it looked a little tired needed a touch up( painting) . We visited most of the restaurants and they were all very good. If there is something you order and when trying you don’t like it the staff go out their way to get you an alternative. We tried the Stone Grill and the food was outstanding. Every evening we had fizz hour we all really loved this, lovely seeing everyone dressed up a good vibe On our last day we were lucky enough to relax in a Caseta over by the Wellness platform, at first didn’t realise this existed, very much like IVO but on a much smaller scale. This does need more advertising. Lastly I would like to thank Mr Ramy for all his help and his fantastic staff❤️ We look forward to seeing you all again in June for 2 weeks a brilliant place to celebrate my birthday

A fabulous hotel. Amazing service from the start including the reception team and especially Abd Allah. The hotel is spotless, smells very fresh and is clean and spacious. We had a swim up room in the adults only area with excellent housekeeping, great neighbours, pool waiters and excellent location. The hotel is beautiful, well located and very spacious with lots of areas to sit, eat and drink. The food is excellent and as a vegetarian and a gluten free guests we have had lots to eat, lots of variety and excellent service. The support team, maintenance, main cleaners, pool staff etc work tirelessly to keep the place immaculate. The staff are an absolute credit to the hotel. Our waiters in the bars and restaurants are excellent with great banter, great service and excellent friendliness. Special acknowledgement to Mostafa and his team in the lobby and piano bars. Essen, Sheriff, Abdullah, Mahmood, George, Sayied & Garam … the list goes on! George in the coffee shop is one of our favs! The staff in the main restaurant and Al a carte; Mohammed Omar, Mohamad & Islam have looked after us all week and know our order for the drinks. We love visiting Casa Bianca and the Tiran and have excellent service from Ahmed, Hossam and the other boys at Tiran and Mohamad and Ibrahim at Casa Bianca. The welcoming ladies Nada and Mariz have always welcomed us with a small and always been helpful. Fabulous place and highly recommended it! Definitely will be back again, very sad to be leaving!
