Concorde El Salam Sharm El Sheikh Front Hotel

It was amazing staying, friendly staff , very good location, beautiful snorkeling spot ,one of the best hotels in sharm el sheikh, I highly recommend it , we've enjoyed so much thank you so much 😊💕

We stayed in the Front Hotel area, by the beach. Great location just 10 minutes from the airport (no plane noise) , 5 minutes flat walk to the lively Soho Square in the evenings and a small parade of tourist shops, supermarket, pharmacy and bar etc are just directly outside the main gates. Very nice hotel, well-kept gardens and grounds and beautiful foyer and piano bar areas. Huge main infinity pool with swim up bar and couple smaller quieter pool areas the other (inland) side of reception. Main pool has activities, pool party and aqua gym during the day, lots going on but take it or leave it, you don't have to get involved if you don't wish to, fun to watch. Lots of sunbeds, though good idea to bag yours with a towel before about 9am or there weren't many left until people started leaving for lunch/afternoon, although staff always happy to try and find some and move things about where possible. Quieter pools seemed to have more availability and hundreds more beds down by the beach levels. There are staff walking around main pool offering services for massage, salon, spa etc but you can hang a 'do not disturb' sign on your umbrella (get from towel station) and they won't bother you. Nice large 'walk down stairs' into pool and a small enclosed toddlers pool area too with lifeguards around throughout the day. Note the grounds are sprayed/fogged against mosquitoes/insects twice a day which was a welcome treat, we saw so many bites on other tourists at the airport but we had none, there weren't even many flies. It is a very large complex and downhill walk to the beach, outside bars, A La Carte restaurant etc with slopes and/or steps but there are complimentary golf buggys you can order from anywhere to take you to wherever you need to go, anytime, and call again for them to collect you when you are ready. VIP Service ! Call reception to collect your cases from room at check out and they'll give you a ride too. All the staff are really helpful and nothing is too much trouble. I had an untimely illness for a couple of days and called reception in the early hours one morning. Reception team were fantastic and Doctor Kerolles Fadle came straight to my room within a few minutes. He stayed with me for nearly two hours each time my treatment was taking place/effect and checked up on me on whatsapp often throughout the rest of my holiday, arranging nutritious/plain meals to be delivered to my room throughout the day and organised everything directly with my insurance company so I didn't have to worry about anything. I had to attend the clinic for check ups and Dr Kerolles and his team were excellent, giving me thorough checks and providing all the necessary medication I needed. I cannot rate them highly enough, it took all the stress away of being poorly on holiday. Reception called me on many occasions afterwards and even put a letter under my door for me to contact them, (as they couldn't get hold of me one day) to ensure I was still OK and comfo
