Very good hotel

Dear manager, Overall I had a pleasure to stay at Pickalbatros Golf & Beach, but there are some serious changes that need to be done ASAP. Reception (the main disappointment) On the first day of arrival Said Akadek refused to change the room and started (literally) screaming at me first on the phone, then at the reception. Please, explain to your staff how guests should be treated at a 5 star hotel. Especially when they ask for the room they paid (pool view, one big bed for one person, not two mattresses for one person). If he doesn’t want to solve problems he creates, then switch him to a 3 star place. This is not guests oriented. (Finally, a friend helped me with a change) Change for tips No change from 20 dollars at ANY bar. If they had change they would get more tips. Alcohol Grants and Red label are top choices of whiskey?Please, include at least Black label and Jack Daniel’s. And probably drinks such as Martini and others. Those are just basic drinks. And, by the way, you have no selection of wine (at all). Al Carte All restaurants were nice, but the best one was Dolphin. Everyone was very nice and welcoming, especially that tall guy Mahmoud. SPA Could you tell your colleagues at Pickalbatros Luxury that lights on top in hamam should be off. Put candles on the floor. When I was relaxing on a stone and opened eyes it felt like at a hospital when you wake up after surgery. Try it for yourself. Leaving When I was leaving I had to pay 151 dollars. I knew approximately that I would need to pay around 150, but shouldn’t they give me a check? I can’t see what’s on their screen. In the end, they didn’t give it to me, and I didn’t want to make a scene, just paid and left. Most of the staff don’t know even basic English or Russian. Sometimes it was hard to order. You have a very nice territory, by the way. I still don’t know if I would come back. People at work asked me if I would recommend Pickalbatros and I said I don’t know. Do you want people to recommend the hotel to their relatives, friends and colleagues? If the hotel was 4 stars, I wouldn’t write the review and just rated it 5. Sincerely, Alexander

Great hotel. Everything is accessible and comfortable, the room is large and bright. The food in the restaurant is excellent. There is a separate meal for children. There are many different activities. There is a relaxation pool and an animation pool. It's a big beach and very beautiful. A long-time vacation. We had a great time. Amazing animation.

The guys are awesome. They give you a lot of positive mood and emotions all day long. We will definitely come back here again.

Great hotel. I liked everything. There is a great animation. The guys are very cool. Ferrari, Ofa, Miki, Vita. Wajdi. We had a great time with them and got the most positive emotions. The hotel has good rooms. Good food. A great unusual beach. And a beautiful sea with a beautiful reef.
