House rules: 1. Communication is key! Check in after 4pm. Check out by 11am. Our office hours are between 8am-9pm, so please communicate between those hours and let us know if you plan to arrive after 9pm. 2. Honesty is the best policy! Let us know about ALL guests who will be coming to the house. Maximum Occupancy is 10. Guest fee of $20/person/night after 6 guests apply automatically with reservation request. Please keep pets off furniture and make sure to clean up after them. All animals require a one-time $100 pet fee. 2 dogs max. 3. No parties! No smoking of any kind. Removal of smoke detectors is illegal. Loud music, excessive rowdiness, excessive drinking, smoking, etc. will result in a $1,000 party fine. Quiet hours are from 10pm to 7am. 4. Be respectful! When using outdoor areas and other provided amenities, please clean up after yourself so the next guests can enjoy them as well. If something is wrong, low, or out, please let us know so we can fix it. 5. Be a good neighbor! Please NEVER leave trash outside where it will attract bears and other wild animals. There are community dumpsters. If you're parking on the street, park the correct way and don't block the street, and follow the signs in the community to make sure you're driving the right direction.
