Excellent hotel with clean and well furnished rooms and close to Huizhou ancient city. The parling was closed and breakfast restaurant was closed due to recent flood. The staff asked me to cancel my booking and rebook cheaper rooms because they cannot provide breakfast. I insisted on taking breakfast somewher nearby. She showed me a picture of a simple breakfast and siad it could be delivered to rooms. If something like this happens in other hotels, they would offer room upgrade or some kind of compensation. Asking the guest to cancel and rebook is absurd. It was also impossible to connect to Wife if you do not have a Chinese number. She didn't tell me this for an hour. All in all the service attitude was quite poor despite excellent rooms. What a pity!

代朋友預訂房間，反饋夜晚睡不舒服，枕頭太高，頭頸落枕難受。房間居然不含早餐，早餐要38元人民幣一位，早餐品類非常單一，很少，難吃，攜程推薦賓館最差的早餐。

一、非常不隔音：晚上能聽到各種聲音走廊一直有人説話樓上一直有人走來走去就連隔壁房間**的聲音都聽得一清二楚早上也是被旁邊房間説話的聲音吵醒的二、窗簾非常不遮陽光：完全不遮光三、設計問題：廁所和淋浴室隔開挺好的但是兩個房間用完全透明是玻璃和卧室沒有任何的隔斷設計師是有什麼特殊的癖好嗎喜歡別人看你上廁所看你洗澡還有掛衣服的地方直接放在床旁邊連個櫃門都沒有接近三百塊錢一晚的酒店就這種服務這個質量可以下桌了入住感受太差了絕對不會再住康鉑的任何酒店
