訂了兩間房，一間雲霧，一間映山，房間很大很乾凈。映山不適合腿腳不便的長者居住，因為進出衞生間有台階。床品很舒服。有歡迎水果，早餐很美味，每一樣似乎都是精選過的。安若餐廳的菜很好吃，臭鱖魚/肉圓腐皮湯很推薦。交通位置也非常好，就在古城邊上。徽州歷史博物館幾步路就到了，藏品不是很多反而能靜下心來慢慢看。去賣花漁村十公里左右，如果需要早起叫車去的建議提前一天預約好，我們六點半左右出發的叫了15分鐘車才有接單的。

注意！！！開電車來的人訂這裏一定要三思，特別是人多的節假日！！！
這個酒店雖然説自己有充電樁，但是其實那個充電樁不是他們自己的，是跟旁邊的芳華酒店共用的，樁子的停車位也是在芳華酒店的門口，我們去的時候有一輛藍牌油車佔在充電停車位上整整一天一夜！！導致我們低電量大晚上滿大街找充電樁，正好趕到節假日所有充電樁都是滿的，焦慮的一夜沒睡好！！
我們找酒店請他們出面解決，他們一開始特別事不關己，就讓我們自己出去找充電樁！直到找了攜程投訴，他們才打電話解釋，但是到最後也沒解決，也不肯承認這根本就不是他們的充電樁！
你既然用這個作為你的條件來吸引客户，就要為你提供的條件負責！認真管理把充電樁車位留給酒店客户的電車！！要不你就不要告訴別人你有充電樁，因為你對這個充電位並沒有控制權！！
我們前一天晚上找充電位找到十一點多失敗，然後找攜程投訴，攜程給他們打了電話確認，第二天我們吃早飯，聽到工作人員抱怨説煩死了大晚上她都睡著了還給她打電話！
我真的無語，如果你們可以解決這個問題，我們也可以像這位工作人員一樣早點睡覺了，不至於凌晨12點沒找到電才回去然後第二天早上七點起來去找充電樁！我們出來旅遊不想比上班還累！
你們不願意設定降鎖，不願意設定更多的充電位，那麼就不要標榜自己有充電樁，那我就會去定真的有充電位的酒店。

缺點：酒店前台不好找，也沒有一個箭頭或者指引，也沒有主動打電話告知住客，打了兩遍電話催才匆匆來接，明顯酒店工作人員人手不夠。房間很大，房裡有一個沒有燈的走廊，整個房間的基調是黑黑暗暗的風格，頭頂有一個大橫樑正對着床，個人覺得非常不適，住了這麼多酒店第一次遇見這樣的設計師房。最大的抓狂是晚上房間後面正對着一個空調總控室，巨大的噪音一晚沒睡好，一般人真難以忍受。
優點：送了精品時令水果、歙縣徽墨、臨走時還送了禮物。房間暖氣很足，烘乾衣服很方便。早餐小巧精緻美味。
