When arrived told that we didn’t book even though I had a confirmation email took the receptionist 40 minutes to find a room. Didn’t end up getting the room we booked. The location is good, not far from the train station at all, not too far from restaurant etc.

Decent hotel located at the heart of city.
The lobby of the hotel was spacious, food in the bar was yummy. Room was spacious and tidy.
Will consider to stay again in future.

DON’T stay at this hotel, international brand 4 stars hotel but I tot this is budget 3 stars hotel, the room is no aircond and provide a small fan, old school toilet and the toilet bowl using 2hrs to fill up the water, from the picture you can see super old school toilet with the doorknob, my house much more better than this hotel !
Booked for 2 nights, quickly run and check out after 1 night with this Novotel 👎👎👎
