地理位置方便，周邊飯店、超市非常近，公寓整潔舒適乾淨，房間每週一打掃一次。設施齊全：燒水壺、微波爐、電磁爐灶台可同時燒4個鍋、洗碗機、烤箱、小小冰箱有冷凍和冷藏。刀具一套及小切板、馬克杯玻璃杯紅酒杯碗碟齊全、燒湯鍋大中小三個、炒鍋有一個估計被燒焦了不能用、洗菜籃、玻璃器皿碗碟、刀叉勺子非常齊全沒有筷子、不同類型的鍋鏟湯勺齊全，紅酒開瓶器刨子都有，非常非常貼心的配備。自助入住也很方便按郵件操作步驟即可，退房把鑰匙放樓下門邊箱子裏。衞生間不提供拖鞋有沐浴露一次性洗髮水毛巾浴巾、沒有前台服務人員，遇到問題溝通不是很方便，可通過郵件或電話聯繫公寓客服，也可同攜程聯繫轉供應商再轉公寓。入住時樓下部分油漆導致衞生間（我們的房型無窗）有味道，通過攜程聯繫到公寓解決了。
