Fantastic hotel with beautiful location plus food is very good and service is fantastic

We hated this hotel because no service is good.The food has nothing to do with European cuisine.It was all disgusting and cold.The prices of the food and ice cream were fantastically high.They are literally ripping off tourists.The room and toilets are dirty.Moreover, the cleaning staff enter the room without permission and are very rude. They talk loudly and make us uncomfortable. The staff is very disrespectful.They didn't even help us carry our luggage.The service was 0.Their breakfast is almost non-existent.The food and desserts are very poor and spoiled. All of the desserts smelled of rotten eggs, and we felt nauseous. Anyone with money and sense would not go here.

The beds in the room are very uncomfortable. Most of the rooms do not have showers (sunshine) in the toilets. There is no one to look after the bar in the room, it is a bomb. You can't be comfortable in the room at all. The maids open the room and come in and out at any time. Your presence is of no importance. They make loud noises in the corridor at all hours of the day. (Forget about sleeping!) The hotel's restaurants are busy with robberies. The portions of the food are small, but the prices are fantastic. You have to wait for a taxi to go to the restaurant. The restaurant is outside the hotel. The breakfast was empty twice. (from the cold cuts and bread). The game rooms are paid. The spa building is also outside the hotel. If you come out of the sauna and get cold, you will get cold. 1 service inside the hotel They have cars, so you have to watch it. (There is only 1 car per guest). The attitude towards the guests is very rude. We have come all the way from Baku to Sheki, and we booked 1 week ago, so I said that I wanted to call it the room because there is no (toilet, shower) in the room. do i Shall we go back to Baku? He said yes. If this is a 5-star hotel, there is no problem in the toilet and shower! This is a hotel connected to the presidential office. Aren't you ashamed?! The device does not have 3 manats to put a shower in the rooms?! Or you didn't see the need? Eldar m. I applied, how did you find a room immediately? I don't recommend it to anyone. It's nothing but disgrace and robbery. Instead of ruining your accounts, go to foreign countries and be sure that you will spend less than this hotel.

Very nice resort style hotel in the mountains above Sheki. The staff were very welcoming and helpful. We were only there overnight but it seemed that there were a lot of family oriented activities. There was a large European style buffet breakfast. The only thing keeping me from a five star rating was that the grout in the shower was covered in mold.

I visited Sheki and stayed at Marial resort for 1 night (luckily). This is in no way a 5-star hotel nor resort. The rooms are dusty - there is mold (a lot of it) in the bathroom and the fridge was not working (indeed someone came and changed the fridge after we complained about). The worst part was the pool - to get there, one needs to travel via some underground tunnel for about 10 minutes. Once we got there (different structure), there was an unmanned reception and some cleaning lady that was walking past us started screaming in Russian (not sure what she said nor meant). We managed to find the pool (again unmanned because the attendant was chatting outside the building with some bodies). No towels (finally someone told us that the towels were available back at the reception - no one bothered or offered to bring us towels). Children were diving freely although signs prohibited that. Chaos. While we were swimming, the attendant took our bathrobes and towels away - had to chase them to get them back. Really not an enjoyable experience .
