I might’ve been their first foreign guest as checking-in took a long time. Despite that, the staff were very kind and welcoming. The hotel is very close to Yanta park and many shops and restaurants. The hotel is modern and clean. The rooms are spotless and everything works well. Its a good hotel. I enjoyed my stay

今天住宿 早上8點多 不知道是酒店員工還是外來人員 直接拿房卡開門 人還在裏面住着 且 連續兩次刷卡進房間 這是很恐怖的事情 我是經常住格林 這種事情出現 衹是證明酒店管理和人員有問題 要是真的一家人入住酒店 正常早上8點多 直接刷卡進房間 是多麼恐怖和可怕的事情 而且 格林豪泰 總部服務很差 賠禮和解決態度很差 今天 員工直接刷卡進入房間 我已經用手機錄屏保存 要是格林豪泰不給予合適的解決方式 我準備發到網絡 以便後期老百姓上當和受騙

2020年1月開始入住格林豪泰酒店，到現在累計入住近兩個月，酒店的服務和衞生都還不錯。但這次的入住體驗卻是非常差，酒店開業五年，一個裝修期到了，設施設備的老化都能理解，但衞生狀況和服務實在是糟糕至極。衞生間牆壁、卧室窗簾的臟污不忍直視，馬桶旁邊有前面客人留下來的煙灰，花灑水管漏水也不換新，房間裏明明開了空調，卻給人感覺冷得有些受不了，本來這些也就算了，1月25日晚上8點半前後值班的前台是一個40-50歲的中年婦女，有朋友前來拜訪讓登記身份證，前台説話強硬倨傲，眼神也是玩味的審視的，一副高高在上的姿態，朋友是當地人又不入住，衹是上來小坐一會，哪裡會想着還帶身份證，然後死活不讓上，我和朋友就在酒店外的寒風中站了10多分鐘。登記原本沒錯，主要是服務態度，而且明明在崗，卻未着工裝未佩戴工牌，穿的皮草，着裝非常隨意。前台工作是一個酒店的門面，服務原本應是給人如沐春風，賓至如歸，這次入住卻意外地讓朋友受了委屈。之前給了多次好評，兩天前還剛給了一個習慣性好評，但入住第三天卻是真的一言難盡。

一定要選雙床房，大床房在陰面會比較潮濕，有異味有煙味，特別是大床房，雙床房好一點，但是也有一點點異味
