房間景色無敵，下樓就是大王沙灘，五分鐘就能到商業街，位置極佳。老闆娘很熱情，可以幫叫車，可以幫忙訂海釣，下雨了還借我們傘，知道我們船是下午，讓我住到下午才退房。真的很推薦，下次有機會來還住這裏。

從龍泉沙灘到民宿需要走個挺長的上坡，一站路的路程，環境、客房都和大王沙灘差不多，但是周邊吃飯買東西的很少很少，沒有大王沙灘的商業化海鮮街，但是住房價格實惠，還可以走去幹斜觀景平台看日落。

地理位置不錯
打開窗户就能看見大王海灘，下了樓梯就可以抵達海灘
離大王海村中心很近 吃飯很方便

優點：房間臨海，窗户正面沙灘與大海，開窗聽濤聲關窗享靜謐。老闆娘服務很好，主動詢問行程安排，幫忙島上約車。民宿離島上海鮮街很近，出門步行兩分鐘就到，吃飯購物方便。
不足：一、因臨海濕度大，房間內有些許黴氣；二、熱水器需房間通電且燒熱較慢。最好與老闆娘約定一下入住當天開窗通風，並提前打開熱水器

老闆大姐很熱情，房間靠近最熱鬧的餐飲區。房間意外的乾淨，就是隔音差了點，但這個價格沒啥説的。

房間裏有陽台，但有點變潮，陽台很不錯，房間總體還不錯，但就是熱水不夠，孩子洗澡都不夠，後面沖澡都是涼水😓😓次評論供遊客參考。
