The room is newly renovated and very hygienic. There is a coffee shop downstairs, which serves freshly ground food. There is a farmhouse nearby within a 5-minute walk. 一次極其不愉快極差的温泉酒店體驗
1. 溝通不暢：電話詢問是否提供晚餐，晚餐及價格時，被要求添加小管家微信，添加後卻遲遲未通過。多次致電，甚至有幾次被掛斷，經過漫長等待才通過驗證。得到的回覆是客人太多，忙不過來。
2. 房間噪音大：房間內噪音明顯，始終能感覺到有機器運作的聲響，推測可能是空調外機或燒鍋爐水的噪音。而且窗外緊鄰一個煙囱。
3，房間的景觀跟攜程上預訂的房間景觀嚴重不符。窗外除了一個煙囱和其他樓房，沒有任何山景，圖片上是開闊的山景。
3. 温泉更衣室環境惡劣：温泉更衣室臟亂差，地上全是積水，非常濕滑，我差點滑倒，存在極大的安全隱患。用過的拖鞋、毛巾隨意堆放，無人管理和收拾。

8，價格與檔次不符：這家酒店價格與檔次嚴重不匹配，評分疑似作假。它根本稱不上高檔民宿，甚至比不上三星級酒店，然而一晚的價格卻高達九百左右。
9，退訂困難：原本定好了酒店，因路線偏差想提前五天退訂，與店家協商時遭到拒絕，給人一種“來一客宰一客”的感覺。雖然攜程上寫明不能退訂，但這種經營方式實在讓人不滿。
