給差評的主要原因是走廊聲控燈不靈敏，且走廊中間有台階，導致長者摔跤。雖然一個房間退費了，但是並不能抵消酒店存在的安全隱患。希望酒店真的能像承諾那般更換燈具，增加台階警示提醒。房間本身設施還行，但是公共走廊部分灰塵很多。而且房間鎖及其不友好，需要摸索半天才能打開。估計平時入住率不好，還有房間門蹭地難開的情況。

客棧就在景區內，中式古鎮很漂亮，節假日有很多節目表演。如果對越劇藝術有着濃厚興趣的話，那簡直就是福音。也因為在景區內，景區營業的時候會比較吵，音響聲音大。早飯需要步行幾百米到酒店內用餐，用餐環境也較好。

前台給免費升級到了綠園的6號樓雙床房，房間很舒服，足夠大，設施很齊全，就是離開時等接駁車等了一會，又趕上假期最後一天大家都趕着退房。包含的早餐很好吃，是那種簡單家常的好吃。

民宿在越劇小鎮裏面，距離停車場有一段距離，要步行前往，有點繞，民宿地方不大，晚上到的時候前台沒人，後來電話，前台帶我們去房間，去房間的路上沒有燈，有點暗，房間環境還可以。早上早餐是在嘉蘭酒店四樓，需要走一段，房間衹提供兩份早餐，小朋友超1.2m額外買，吃早餐的地方外面景色還不錯。

五星好評，酒店就在越劇小鎮，還送了雙人門票，早餐品種豐富，就坐在窗邊看着江景很愜意，性價比超高，衞生好，床品很舒適，走時前台小帥還送了伴手禮，接駁車司機服務熱情專業。

到了才説熱水器前段時間不太好，給我們升級到旁邊酒店，既然不太好，那就不要預訂，酒店衞生一般，上一個住户頭髮還在，地上也🈶不少漬，房間是挺大，環境也挺好。

到的時候很晚了，到了停車場有觀光車來接，服務態度很好，前台免費幫我升級了房間，房間非常大，還有歡迎水果，早餐也很豐富，酒店附近是越劇博物館，第二天還去參觀了

實際上，我的朋友們入住了客棧升級版酒店房間，安靜，清爽，從停車場到酒店接駁也比較便捷。唯一不足的是，去找尋房間探訪的時候，前台工作人員並沒有親自引領到相關電梯方向，衹是告知了走的大約位置，沒有主動迎接到位。希望以後更加主動細緻熱情哦！

這是一家在越劇小鎮內部的民宿哦，還免費幫升級到綠城玫瑰園嘉蘭酒店。遊玩不要出景區，非常方便。
嘉蘭酒店環境非常好，房間蠻大的，乾淨整潔，佈局也非常理，裝修和燈光都非常温馨明亮舒適，還有免費早餐。
特別是前台小齊妹妹，態度超級好，服務也很情，讓人如沐春風。
如果下次再去小鎮玩，會繼續選擇這家嘉蘭酒店。
