因為離神木市博物館非常近，所以其它方面就忍一忍。衞生狀況很差，過道和房間裏都是煙味兒，地毯上滿是煙頭燙過的洞。浴缸特別臟，不知道殘留了什麼物質。
設施齊全，但老舊嚴重，湊合用。洗澡水忽冷忽熱，非常難調節。毛巾好多大破洞，不過清洗的很乾凈。洗手池上方的燈忽亮忽滅很不穩定。電梯和電視都很小。
自駕的話停車比較費勁，雖然有地面和地庫，但能不能找到車位全憑運氣。並且地庫很小規劃很亂，進出同口。每次出去要在前台拿停車票。
早餐不錯，品種豐富，能吃飽。餐廳乾淨。
原本訂了兩晚，看這情況果斷退了一晚。

入住最差的酒店。到了沒有停車。設施老舊破爛。衞生差，條件差。收300按金，怕有消費。房間裏啥也沒有，消費個啥。電視沒台，全是雪花

這是一家有歷史的酒店，應該曾經也是神木名片，裝修風格一看就是十年前的審美標準，交通位置不錯，就是停車不太方便，停在-1層停車場還有個卷門鎖起來，進進出出不方便，房間的隔音實在是差，晚上都能聽到其他房間女人的尖叫**聲，不給早餐還是挺豐盛的。

酒店衞生良好，服務優秀，早餐也很豐盛。在一百多的價位裡邊房間設備能做到這樣的酒店不多了。無論是小冰箱還是浴缸還是電動浴簾，都可見酒店的服務完善，顧客至上的經營理念。

酒店樓層屬四面環繞，電梯在中間，無明顯的標識標牌，早上8點半左右下去吃早餐，找不到電梯，應該是搭乘了一部員工電梯，該電梯也無標明客人與員工電梯，直達二樓後，部分區域裝修無法直達餐廳，最後繞着後廚到達餐廳，竟然被服務員數落，不能走這裏，你應該坐其他電梯下來，很是尷尬，更多是惱火。到餐廳後，部分餐食已清空，就剩幾個，問服務員後，“缺短的再麼有了，你們吃早點應該早點來”。你們酒店餐券明確標註是7-9點呀。電動的餐爐不錯。總體來説酒店入駐體驗非常一般，衹能説一文錢一文貨吧
