神木濱河大酒店，就沒住過這麼差的酒店，衞生極差，地面和床單上有明顯的頭髮，應該是沒更換。本想退房的，因為已經睌上9點多了，找服務員換房，可第二個房間床單上還有頭髮，第三個房間好象乾淨點。最可氣的是，那個小個子王經理説我是硬找頭髮，我們累了一天了到這就想早點休息，酒店沒有問題誰會沒事找事。建議大家不要入住濱河大酒店，衞生極差，服務態度也極差！

衞生：太差 床單上好幾根長頭髮 枕頭也不乾淨 一次性拖鞋都沒有 衹有重複消毒使用的拖鞋 上位客人住過後 衣架都在電視旁邊掛着沒有收 總之衞生太差 一晚200多就這質量！ 我們兩個男的怎麼會有這麼長的頭髮

房間很好，服務熱情，乾淨衞生，早餐豐盛。酒店旁邊吃飯的地方不太多多。主要是現在神木這片也沒有啥好一些的酒店，就這個可以了。
