老闆人很樸實能幹，一個人看店，又要安排房間，又要燒暖爐，還要做飯，安排的井井有條。做菜手藝也很好，簡單的應季食材，在她手裡就變身為可口的家常菜，可謂田姐實惠版omakase。
地理位置優越，大約在神農頂到天燕的中間，距離主路很近，隔着小河，寧靜，景色宜人。小河邊有棧道，夏天住在這裏避暑應該很舒服。

房間特別乾淨整潔，老闆也很熱情。吃飯很方便，老闆做的家常菜分量很足，很好吃。早餐煮的番茄麪也很好吃，價格也合適，老闆還貼心配了好吃的鹹菜。門口還有一條小溪適合孩子們玩耍，我們一家四口住得很開心以後如果還去還想住那裡。

入住後發現房間沒有飲用水，這也沒什麼！！入住後人在休息，突然敲門説要我們第二天早上八點退房！入住前不説，入住後説要提前4個小時退房，説要走親戚？？這也行吧，出來玩這個也好商量。晚上一會説要我們要上就在她家吃早飯，15一碗，一會又説算了，怕來不及！那也行，我們開了車可以開車出去鎮上吃！晚上吃飯的時候我們自己帶了中午沒吃完的菜，説讓老闆熱一下打點米飯就吃了，吃飯的時候又説要我們早上就這兒吃早飯，變成10塊錢一碗，我們説算了免得麻煩耽誤老闆走親戚！第二天一大早我們就慌慌張張起來了，到樓下老闆又提出在她們家吃早飯，我們説算了都八點多了，結果老闆見我們不在她家吃早飯要我們交6塊錢吃米飯的錢，我們本來也沒吃多少米飯，就想問下提前4小時怎麼不退錢呢？還是照樣收原價住宿費呢？走親戚入住前就拒絕啊！不吃早飯就要收米飯錢？吃相真難看👀

房間很大，窗外就是山間流水。那天大雨，整個樓衹住了我們，安靜得很。
建議找個年輕的説普通話的在門口接客，田姐很和藹，但是説的方言，外地遊客都聽不懂，溝通交流有困難。
地方沒在紅坪鎮，還有5公里，幾乎沒有充電樁，沒有必要非要住這裏。

春節期間去神龍架玩雪發現的寶藏民宿，離天燕景區較近，民宿新修的，設施很新，環境很好，周邊大山環繞，民宿前還有溪流和小瀑布，窗外就可以賞雪，老闆也很熱情，還幫忙裝了防滑鏈，特別感謝
