本次家庭出遊，本來這家酒店的家庭房有洗衣機是比較方便的，但客房服務體驗真是拉低了體驗。
1、家庭房標配兩條毛幣和浴巾，要第三條需要加錢？！？我們入住第二天向前台反映，房間打掃後衹有一條浴巾和兩條毛巾，希望補兩條浴巾和一條毛巾，因為有三個大人（加長者）。結果服務員衹補送來一條浴巾，並聲稱2毛巾+2浴巾是標配。既然是這是所謂的標配，那就品品這個説法是否合理。我定的是親子房，一大床一小床，房間也明確寫了可以住三名成人。那第三條毛巾要收費的所謂規定的目的是什麼？説明酒店用品不足嗎？
2、酒店服務提升空間大。我們第一天入住，發現一次性鞋少一雙，向前台反映。之後又發現冬季衣服多，想多要幾個衣架。送東西來的服務員直接甩一句要這些東西不會一次性都説了。我理解過年人多，服務人員忙，但這種冷冰冰的言語對待住客，真的很難讓人給出高服務分。畢竟我沒有感覺到服務員體諒了我們是第一次住這個酒店，帶着長者小孩確實有些時候考慮事情不周全。
總之，有一説一，酒店位置還不錯，很方便，設施也還行。但一家人住這個酒店就不嚴重推薦了，沒準會給自己和服務員添堵。

頭一天訂的房，第二天下午兩點後辦理入住，一到房間驚呆了，亂七八糟，連個下腳地都沒有，給前台打了五—六遍電話，才來收拾，2點多等到了五點多，足足等了三個小時。洗衣服問前台有沒有洗衣粉，前台女的很牛的説：衹提供洗衣機不提供洗衣粉，建議大家慎重選擇。
