酒店11月份屬於淡季，住宿沒有問題，房間比較衞生，但是餐廳很多不開，設施很多都是關閉的泳池應該是不開放了，我去樓下特別的黑，服務啥的都沒有什麼問題。如果要求沒這麼嚴格的小夥伴淡季可以來入住。

酒店位置離天燕景區比較近，除了在酒店用餐之外，可以去紅坪鎮。房間舒適、周邊景色優美，我們來回了兩天從酒店到天燕、神農頂，一路風景比較其他地方要優美很多。早餐和晚餐味道都不錯。適合自駕。

這個十一選擇了神農架和皇冠假日，因為下雨，入住率很低，但服務沒有打折，算是在國內環境和景色都不錯的resort，尤其早餐和泳池，很好匹配了五星。

酒店在位置在隱蔽的山林裏，夜裡開了很久的漆黑的山路，突然間就出現了燈火通明的酒店也是挺神奇的。酒店的房型很寬敞舒適，尤其是衞生間，設計合理空間充足，來到這裡有種度假的感覺，早上從露台可以看到雲霧瀰漫的山景，天然的氧吧。這裏唯一要提的是酒店工作人員的服務意識很一般，外面下着大雨，我們把車停酒店門口地面上，淋着雨大箱子小箱子在往外搬運，離我們20米外的大門口就站着兩個酒店工作人員聊天，都沒有過來幫忙遞一把傘或者幫忙拿下行李，也是無語了。除此之外，入住感受還是不錯的。
