一進房間，就聞到一股淡淡的清潔劑香味，床鋪平整，沒有一絲褶皺。角落、窗台都乾淨得發亮，完全沒有灰塵。衞生間沒有一點水漬和毛髮，馬桶和浴缸像是新的一樣，就連地漏都乾乾淨淨，這衞生標準太絕了！

從前台辦理入住到行李送達，工作人員都熱情貼心，全程微笑服務。有任何需求，他們都會第一時間響應，這種被重視的感覺太棒了！

酒店的中式風格很喜歡，環境古樸優雅，給人一種很寧靜的感覺，雖然訂的是內窗，但通風透氣一點問題沒有，房間沒有異味，非常乾淨舒適，床必須好評，我一個認床的人也睡的很踏實。前台十分熱情，整個入住過程快捷順利，而且可以接送站，晚上還會把夜宵送到房間，總之非常不錯的入住體驗。下來還會入住！！！

酒店前台服務項目非常多，高鐵接送，餛飩夜宵，大堂歡迎零食，養生茶登封，還有茶室可以供入住客人使用，精美漢服體驗，房間面積大，智能客控，房間有書，小茶台，可以喝茶看書，氛圍感拉滿，房間雅緻清幽，距離360廣場，高鐵站都比較近，逛街出行很方便。
前台服務很熱情周到，房間安靜，乾淨衞生，不愧是品牌酒店，服務及產品，細節還是很有保證的。
