I chose this hotel because it is across the square from Shenyang North Station. There are two lobbies - one for Echarm Hotel, the other for ECheng. The hotel rooms for both hotels are on different floors of the same tower, but just make sure you check in at the correct lobby.
My room was quiet and a nice size for one person. The heating system was strong, I didn't feel cold at all. The breakfast room is has nice decor, and the food select is standard.

The house is clean and the interior is not compressed.
24 hours of hot water, it is very good to open, and a disposable toilet pad is also sent.
