The receptionists are very nice and helpful, whenever I asked about the transportation and site seeing suggestion, they were willing to help.
Just one point to be mentioned, the actual name of this hotel is 漾築酒店，which is totally different from I have booked, this misleading information have made me so confused.
Bedside, the address is quite tricky, since this hotel is located at another hotel's 18/F and 19/F, suggested that the location details and how can travellers reach the hotel should be added inside the remarks.

Location is great, the room view is probably not true to life. (Could be edited)
Rooms are quite large and some rooms we saw being cleaned are huge!
Some of the receptionists could be friendlier and be more welcoming~

The front desk clerk Xiao Gao and the cleaning auntie are very nice. The sanitation is very clean and the auntie is very enthusiastic. Good, good, good, good, and show off. Haha. After being dumped, woo woo, it's daddy, daddy, haha.

The room smelled very smokey, the facilities were old, and the washbasin was crooked. I went to the front desk to ask something at night, but she fell asleep while lying down, and I couldn't wake her up no matter what I did.

The room did not match the pictures advertised by the hotel, there was no projector, it was a TV! The windows and room size are small.
